The back tuck tutorial actually has all the tips you need on your set, you just need to jump hard, straighten out your body to its peak and open that chest up. If you're not getting height then it may be that your muscles aren't strong enough to bring you that high, but keep drilling jumping movements to build muscle and it'll come over time.

how long have you been doing all of this for? Because I'm trying to get into tricking, but I feel that every time I try something my awareness is something that holds me back. I'm not sure how to gain more control of my body and know how I want it to me. Any tips?

Practice, practice, practice. Proprioception comes with movement. Just keep at it.

It would make sense to master a trick before putting it in a combo. However some athletes have been able to learn advanced tricks before mastering basic ones. But either way, progression before perfection!

It took me a long time to know the differences between all the transition between tricks. if you look up trick school glossary on KZbin it shows you most of them it's super helpful!

+Chris Alan Except it's not vanish because you only vanish out of kicks ending with a round kick (eg. tornado, cheat9...)

You can vanish out of a hook kick for vanish round is to cheat as hook is to swing/simi

+Chris Alan yeah its a vanish but its not necessary to point that out. Vanish is kind of a useless term in most cases, like b twist vanish 9, you'd have to break the combo for it not to be vanish 9.
