I had to change mine out 3 times. Every 2 years and warranty last 2 years. As soon as the warranty finishes it would kick the bucket. Which sucks because I'm upside down on the price and repairs I made and I'm paycheck to paycheck makes it very difficult..I live in Texas and it's frustrating to have your heater come on full blast in summer and and you can't turn it off ..makes it a dangerous drive as well...distracts you from the road and traffic.... Cadillac should be ashamed of having such a bad product on the market knowing that it is so problematic. Thank you for taking the time to do this video..God bless

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your experience . Yes it is very much a shame. Sometimes I had to turn the car off then start it again because the air was pointing to the foot instead of the face. The screen had a mind of its own, and I agree very distracting. I sold my Cadillac back to the dealer I purchased from, then months later, I get a letter in the mail saying GM may compensate for the cue screens. You may want to look into that.
