Hello sir , thank you for a video i have claculated cristallite size with high score and i do it also manual using scherrer debye equation D= [0.9× lanmda "copper"] / [FWHM×cos (theta) ] But i didn't find the same results 🙁 i want to know how highscore calculate the cristallite size, which equation does it use for this? Dear Belghazdis Mohammed, you may change all comma (,) to point (.) and then you should save it. For this you can press "Ctrl+H", then type a comma in the first box and point in the second, then click on "replace all". I hope it works for you.
