How to Calculate Inbreeding from Pedigrees

Hello and thank you for your easy to understand videos! I have a question: How would we calculate the coefficient of inbreeding for individual C or P? Is it possible?

No looks like you did not understand this video otherwise you would understand that the only inbred person on this pedigree person X and none one also..

@@GeneticsLessons Let me rephrase my question. Say P and Q had 2 children, X and Y. Then X and Y have both 7.16% COI. Then if X and Y mate, how inbred would the progeny (Z) be? I got 25%, just like any other sibling mating. But because Z's grandparents are cousins, wouldn't it be higher than 25%?
