No such thing as stupid questions. You will have to start with their availability, take out PTO/Vaccinations. Then get the average velocity.

13 overall point for the sprint ?? How many ppl are in your team? What was their previous velocity? What the team average velocity ?? This can all help you know how to plan for the next sprint
