yes it tastes amazing and actually is used in full and if it does not fully set you can add sure jell pectin or use it as syrup

I’m sure you could just add sugar and make it a juice the problem is peels are high pectin so will likely gel

I leave them bc when you strain the juice the seeds will be left behind
