Lovely! Bunnies many vegetables and fruits. It is always better to have atleast two bunnies so that they won't feel depressed. We have two snow white rabbits, they are able to maintain their whiteness just by cleaning themselves.. I heard that we shouldn't bath rabbits as they don't like it and bathing may harm them..

My uncle's rabbit just gave birth to one today and we had to convince her to go near the baby because she was unaware she'd given birth.. she licked the baby then freaked out and and hopped away... she hasn't really been going near it and no one has really touched the baby since moving it to a safe spot. She has not been feeding it either.

I don't see the relation between the two things. Pet shops get them from breeders, and there are good ones and bad ones. Shelters are usually abandoned pets.

Breeding isn't bad in some cases but out here where I live it's unregulated and just awful and rabbits come in looking like this or worse all the time at the shelter. We just got an English Lop in from a breeder and he was in horrible shape. He's all ready to be adopted now! 😁

@@caramelkisses8857 yeah it's common in rabbits used for breeding. They're not fed an adequate diet of hay and grasses so their teeth become overgrown. We've seen it in rescued rabbits as well. Sad...

Don't ever hold the mother rabbit down like that again... that's cruel & you could stress her to death...& I will turn in you into house rabbit society...shame in you! Mother rabbits usually stand up & feed their babies...you can lovingly encourage the mother to feed them

Probably not the mother, and if it ain't, it would kill the babies.. Many rabbit mothers kill their own kids the first time they give birth. But ur right, its very cruel to the rabbit..

It’s not cruel. You have to hold the mother down like this in the case she is not feeding them, hand feeding them is not a good as the mothers milk, and it is really hard for a baby rabbit to survive without it’s mother’s milk because there is no precise rabbit formula. If she was hurt she will thrash around, I have 5 rabbits and experienced a litter and had to hold my doe like this to encourage her to feed because she did not know how too, now she feeds them herself. Also rabbits both lay on their side and sit up to feed. My doe has done both herself.
