Tip: wire up the CA to keep it out of the way. Wonder why guys don't use a chop saw with steel blade in there and split that sleeve. Won't hurt if one marks the diff side as the sleeve goes back in new.

In the first minute of the video when you pry on the bushing,the video seems to show play in the track bar as if the bolts loose?

The air chisel is *key*

do you just air chisel out the sleeve? or just roll it back to the point you can beat it out?

So when you pry on the new bushing, is there still that same play?
@queble113 ай бұрын
@iiMRuSHiN best to unbolt and wiggle the metal sleeve on the bushing compared to the new one.

Did you use a socket on the sleeve with the ball joint press?
@queble116 ай бұрын
No just did ball joint press. Did have sleeve with press that gave room to press it in.

So your death wobble was ball joints. Was it obvious, or did you do process of elimination? I get occasional death wobble too. trying to find why..... We're from Maine too!

Was process of eliminating causes. The two big times I had it was ball joints and other stuff can wear out if not fixed in time. Check ball joints, front wheel bearing hubs, un bolt track bar and check bushings condition. Check tie rod ends, drag link etc.
