I have a Kubota Bx 2360. My owners manual and workshop manual recommend the mower blades be torqued to 72 to 87 ft lbs, not hand tight or wrench tight.

I tighten mine as much as I can and then a half-hour of mowing later, I have to tighten them again. I can not keep them tight.

use Loctite blue color on the threads when you tighten the nuts.
