The best video on KZbin for this topic. Nothing here that isn't essential. Your accent makes listening to this a real pleasure. Plus, (and I really mean this), there are no electric guitar power chords either in the intro or outro. Great job mate!

Thanks for the video. I was primarily interested in the brake cable placement since I've already watched the di2 fitting vids. I'm upgrading to di2 8050 shifters and keeping my original brakes, so I've been watching your vids on how this is to be done before the parts arrive.

Still working well the Di2? I have always considered them more hassle than they are worth

This shifter busts cables way faster than previous models; wondering if something can be done about it.

If you dont shift to the smallest on the shifter. Just pull in the cable and shift even if you've already cut it. 👍

Great. Kindly make a video for hydraulic shifters Shimano R8000. I've replaced completely my transmission from 105 R5700 to R8000 with exception of the shifters. I'm affraid to make a mistake with the fluids. Thanks again for your great videos.

Great video, just wondering if you know if these shifters use polymer coated cables ? Mine look darker than the normal steel cables
@FreeToCycle5 жыл бұрын
Ian, yes the shifters use polymer coated cables as standard.
@ianbirch58115 жыл бұрын
