I just bought a 2012 FIAT and I have the same issue. I kept running out of fluid. There is no leaks it's just the cap was missing, so therefore since it is a 5 speed it splashed out all the time making me lose washer fluid! On Amazon that is expensive of $25.00. Wow!!

​@EJ'S GARAGE I did receive it today via Amazon so I appreciate your video that you made!!! I am now getting ready to replace it. It's crazy that it was $25.00 for this little piece of yellow plastic. However since my car is a 5 speed I'm sure when I fill it up it splashing out. Grrr!!
