RISCUL CA MOTRORUL dupa schimbarea pompei de combustibil la pornire SA NU PORNEASCA SAU SA FUNCTIONEZE CITEVA SECUNDE DUPA NU VA MAI PORNI.....
DE CE ?
Pentru ca prin schimbarea pompei de combustibil, intrerupem alimentarea cu combustibil a intregului sistem de alimentare..(din rezervor pina la motor).
Dupa completarea schimbarii pompei de combustibil veche cu cea noua, inainte de a porni motorul, pentru a completa, sistemul de alimentare cu combustibil unde a fost intrerupt prin schimbarea pompei, daca se dispune de un tester de autodiagnosticare se va face umplerea cu combustibil... fara un tester inainte de a porni motorul indicat... de pus DOAR CONTACTUL de 5...6 ori(pus contact luat contact ...5,6,7,8..ori, pentru a umple sistemul de alimentare cu combustibil).

Can this pump cause problems with starting the car? Since few months I have a funny problem when I start the car first time in the morning. It looks like it wants to go, fires one or two cylinders, but then I need to crank some more to finally make it start. Changed glow plugs, removed fuel leaks, changed fuel filter, the high pressure pump seals had been replaced, I put another set of injectors and same thing. The battery is new and fully charged, starter spins fast enough I suppose. I even checked engine compression and it's over 30 bar all across the board. Last two things I suspect are the camshaft position sensor (but no errors in ECU) and the electric fuel pump in the tank itself.

Hi, you've done a lot of testing... very good, I have no idea what it could be. In the car in the video tutorial the engine didn't start at all... If you can understand why it doesn't work, leave a comment here... Thanks

I have the same issue with my alfa 159 2.0 jtdm, I have changed glow plugs, starter motor, battery....but no results, the car start just with the starter spray. I have noticed that I have just 120 bar of fuel pressure during the cranking

You need to pull from the front side. In the middle there are also 2 hooks that are released after pushing the seat towards the trunk
