Thanks for sharing. Did you put 4 litres of oil in there ? Also I thought the oil would look more transparent ? Is there any reason why it still looks a bit black after the change on the dipstick ? Cheers

It's diesel engine so oil is always black :)

Ah i see. mine is petrol , i didn’t realise there was a difference but it makes sense. So petrol cars should be more transparent ok 👍🏻

@@maestrodicalcio Not really, brand new oil for diesel or petrol is the same colour like sun flower oil colour, with both types of engines the oil goes black with miles and gets more and more black the more thousands of miles added, the reason why it still looked black on the dipstick after is there is a surface of old oil covering all the internal parts of the engine, also you should wipe the dipstick with clean cloth and then re insert the dipstick to get a clearer oil level reading!

I've found that after running it a few minutes following the change it is clear on the dipstick as the filter cleans up the old oil residue..

Is that oil or tar? That oil filter looks beyond dirty ..😂 the only posibility is if its run on diesel
