Maybe your tensioner itself is worn out. I would replace that next.

I tend to replace them every 6 years or 60k miles give or take.

@@partsandprojects I didn’t have to replace the original one on my 09 corolla into 150,000 miles started showing some cracks I know I have 320,000 miles on my Corolla and that second one which was OEM is still doing fine. Of course aftermarket belts will not last as long as the original Toyota OEM

Try loosening the alternator more!
