this doesnt work for mine, there is no budge at all, do i just need to push harder? or is there something else i can try. Other videos all seem to show a spring next to the tensioner but mine doesnt have this

dosent show that the engine mount has to be removed and the engine propped up

@@autodocuk The engine mount has to be at least disconnected for the drive belt to be removed which is completely omitted.

Depends what engine it is mines same as this z13dth I’m sure on otheir corsa engines it’s difrent and you don’t hafta remove the mount

Made it look simple with the tensioner. I seem to have to remove the engine mount to do mine. Might be the engine is newer. A12XER. Quiet video to learn easy tricks.
