Can you believe that it was this actuator assembly that was completely missing from my brand new car when it was delivered to my home (during Covid). The soft close wouldn't work and resulted in the car not fully locking. So I called out Land Rover Assist who diagnosed the issue. He had never seen such a thing, and was tickled pink as he now had yet another anecdote to dine out on with his mates! I, OTOH, was not quite so amused.

Reminds me of the stories of Austin Maxis coming off the production line with disc brake on one side and drum brakes on the other !

Can you do a how to on adjusting the hinges for the tailgate, considering most of seen including mine looks like the tailgate has dropped about 5mm.
