Nice job explaining. The outer door opens simply, but the inner door is kind of tricky finding the very small squeeze tabs (don't force it), then it opens easily. Nice not having to drop the glove box, like many vehicles. Like most cars, this one draws air downwards, so airflow arrows should be pointing down with an aftermarket filter. There is also a standing ridge on the bottom side of the filter frame. That needs to fit between one of the pleats. Ease in gently to avoid filter damage.

When putting the cover back on, the key is to let the filter sit on the bottom. If you shove it in and there is a visible gap, you will have trouble putting the cover back on. So, let it sit at the bottom, and as you push the cover into it, it will lift the filter housing into place smoothly.

My cover wouldn't fit on WITH the car in circulation mode but when I turned it off it fit. Could be that I took it off with out circulation mode. Try both modes if yours isn't fitting! Otherwise great video thanks.
