is it common for a new battery to have full charge capacity less than half of the design capacity? my old battery is a bit bloated after years of use, and i changed the battery to a new one 2 weeks ago but currently my design capacity is 54,593 mWh while the full charge capacity is 19,727 mWh. i repeat, this is a new battery. i have been using it for exactly 13 days since.

@@EasyTechGeek yeah i bought it cheap since the last owner had it stored for a while, i also think the thermal paste has to be replaced since i see the cpu temps get up to 65c before gaming and up to 87c while heavy gaming
