Being broke forced me to learn how to work on cars. My car's alternator broke down about 6 years ago and with only 30 € in the bank and no rich parents, I took those 30 and ordered a used alternator on the internet and fixed the car. It got me back on the road so I could go to school. I'm a college graduate now and still fix my cars myself thanks to KZbin channels like this. Keep your head up in the Lord's name.

Luke Martin well said friend! I urge you to find Jesus. This is not being said from religion. God has proven to us who believe he is real. He is the only one who can fill that void in your heart! Most people think they can fill it with money or a women. This does not fill that void. Case in point, famous people kill themselves and are not truly happy. They are depressed and empty! There is a difference between our God and their God. If you seek him and knock at the door he Will answer. He will prove to you he is real. Not trying to preach just saying. The best thing ever that happened in my life. The only one that has always been there for me. Yet I have never seen him heard his voice or felt his touch. And yet I trust in him and know he has been there for me more than anybody in this world including my mom and dad! God bless you brother and wish only the best.

Jesus is Lord! Thank you brother, we used this video to diagnose a worn out water pump not properly circulating coolant in a 2003 Dodge Caravan 3.3V6 with AC we are working on to get reliable enough to give to elderly prayer warrior lady at a local korean speaking church in our area. We replaced a badly leaking radiator and put on new new upper and lower hoses already and leaking t-stat housing + put in new t-stat but van was STILL overheating after longer drives...and it's April so still cooler/cold outside here in Colorado so this van would be overheating badly blowing up the engine come summertime...devil is wicked to cause us all so many troubles in this life but our Lord don't want us growing up into spoiled rotten brats so when we face off against he devil when it comes to fixing up older cars and trucks for our church family and ourselves we learn how to trust Holy Spirit to teach us all things, including leading us to your video so we could learn how to diagnose how to repair this old soccer mom van so it will be blessing to that old church lady prayer warrior so she won't have to ride the public transportation bus to church or grocery store anymore and so she can drive to go fellowship with her church family whenever she feels like it...truly Holy Spirit teaches us ALL THINGS and he lead us to your channel. How can we or anyone who watches your channel EVER REPAY YOU in this earthly life??? So all we can do is say thank you, God bless you richly more and more in Jesus name, and we will party with you in heaven and in Jesus 1000 year kingdom on earth. One thing about leaving a thermostat off is that you can destroy your bearings (too much heat not enough lubrication to keep them cool) as the fluid won't return to the radiator and stay long enough to cool off since it's just flowing right through so like he said it will get you home but don't forget to replace it!

If you take the thermostat out and run it open, use the rubber o-ring on the thermostat to help seal the body. Just place the o-ring in the groove where the thermostat sits. Once compressed by the body it will stay in place. I do this when I flush the system and it works like a charm.
