I love topic. This is one of my major discussion on pillow sleep. I use very strong hard rubber or stone in the pillow to sleep. It also depends on the body texture soft or hard. It is versatile. And it also works perfectly for the body.

Hi, I have change several pillow shapes, material and sizes and finally (I hope) found the issue for my stiff neck. I am a guy wide shoulder but my neck isn't very long, therefore when sleeping on my back, I need a super slim pillow. On the other hand, during the night I will turn to my side and find that most pillows aren't high enough. I do have a super high latex pillow for my side but way too high for back, some normal contour that gives me pain in both(too high for back and not high enough for side) Is there a super slim for back and high for side sleepers? I have done so much search and still cannot find. Thank you for your help

I wish they would do pillows the same way mini companies do mattresses give you a trial. And if you don't like it you can return it. Every time I buy a new pillow anywhere it always sucks the first time I try to sleep on it sometimes I just make do and suffer through a few nights and finally get used to it, but I've yet to find one that's perfect on that first night

I find some contour pillow dobhave a slightly arc, making it lower but still not low enough. Let me know if you have found something useful

I did not realise that Dentist also help you chose a pillows for sleeping but clearly I’m wrong. I’ve got one question and that is that I tend to sleep on my left side so I’m kind of like a side sleeper part I also sometimes sleep on my back so in that case what is the best pillow if you sleep in two positions depending on what is comfortable?

It is recommended to choose a pillow that is soft in texture, has slow rebound, can strongly support the head and neck, breathable. The height is recommended to be 10-13 cm, which can maintain the physiological curvature of the head and neck. For reference, When sleeping on your side, the pillow should be at shoulder height, and when sleeping on your back, the pillow should fit your shoulders and neck.
