I'd love it if you did a video on toners and essences. I feel these 2 are the most overlooked steps in skin care regimens today.

Hello Abigail, how do you feel about Dr. Bonner's soap? I'm a broke college student and I really need something affordable and less harsh than other cleansers. I really want to move away from chemicals in my skin care products. I hear Dr. Bonner's is good, but I would like a professional opinion. Thanks!

Hi I like it for the body but for the face its too drying, there are other natural affordable brands which wont dry the skin out so much - its not organic but have a look at cereve

Abigail please answer my question I asked on your how to get rid of mouth line video
@zeehuss72756 жыл бұрын
Should we use oil on our face while doing those mouth line exersices? Or you have to keep the face dry?
@AbigailJames16 жыл бұрын
Hi you can do either, a small amount of oil can be helpful
@AbigailJames16 жыл бұрын
You can do either, you don't want to dray the skin and you don't want too much oil that you slip past the muscles

What if you dont wear makeup and do not *need to double cleanse?* when is this stupid trend of double cleansing end???
@AbigailJames16 жыл бұрын
Well.... quite simply, you use your own discretion as to weather you wore makeup or not and only double cleanse if required x

I double cleanse to remove sunscreen residue from my face - even when I’m not wearing make up.

during the day your skin produces natural oils and sweat and bacteria like to thrive on it, this is good way to use cleansing to remove them and let the skin breathe during the sleep while regenerating. Same reason why people take a shower each day. I think it also depends on skin type and you can use only one type of cleanser instead, what works for you best.
