Congrats! I personally am on a team and have bounced around at other brokerages within the last couple years, I totally understand being on a team is not for everyone but I personally think that it is the best way to stay motivated, have competition, be friendly with other agents and be able to leverage their knowledge base… there’s something about calling it a “team” that people kind of go out of their way to help those people instead of just one or 2 people in your brokerage… like I said I no it’s not for everyone but if you’re serious about learning, being competitive, and being around people it sounds like a team would be really beneficial. Maybe Caldwell has a team you can join after you do your onboarding?
