This is great! I stopped playing 13 years ago and was just getting back into it. One more point I think should be included is the racket's balance (also rubber and sponge dependent)

I'd like to hear the explanation about what you said in the video. Why does blade become slower over time?
@donicmalaysiapjunion764110 ай бұрын
The wood/carbon plies in the racket will become more brittle over time:)

I like Donic Blades! But prefer light weights of (75-80 grms) range. Less strain on your wrist during practice and actual tournament! It's stupid to say that heavier blades create power.

Heavier blades do create power:)

Why does a blade get slower over the years? Moisture absorbtion? Degredation of wood?
@donicmalaysiapjunion7641 Жыл бұрын
The bounce will be lesser since the blade is being used for a long time
@mrmf471210 ай бұрын
This is not an explanation. So why the bounce will be lesser? What exactly happens in the blade to make it slower? I don't believe this statement until it is proven or explained

@@mrmf4712 The wood/carbon plies in the racket will become more brittle over time, if you had thought of that.

Well, word brittle does not apply to wood. Wood cannot become brittle like clay, no matter how long you play.
