What I like the most about your videos is that you don't edit out (at least not completely) the little mistakes that you immediately correct. Feels natural.

im sure its not as simple as just asking, but itll get me started on the road to promotion. i think an important part of asking for a promotion or raise is to already have worked for the company for at least a year. prove yourself to be capable and trustworthy enough to budget more resources into.
