so, no matter whether it is a before or an after level trigger, the rollback revert the changes to the EMPLOYEES table but not EMP_LOG_UPDATE. Am I wrong?

When any exceptions occurred Then he used to print those errors message and code. Like Exceptiona When others then dbms_output.put_line(p_error_code|| ||p_error_msg);
