How to conceal dark circles and under eye bags

Over the years I have suffered from dark circles and more so from puffy eyes so I wanted to show how I conceal them with makeup. Puffy eyes cannot be concealed 100 % but they can diminish by 50 %. Also sometimes I suffered from redness so I am showing my color correcting technique too. You need color correction only if your skin is discolored or hyper pigmented. Otherwise just a simple foundation and concealer routine is good enough. Remember Less is more!!
