When a constant hitting to the body, the body sense the pain. To protect the body from fracture, the body will sends more calcium to the bone at that particular area. Hence the bone will be more hard and strong at that area. Also, it makes the sensors/receptors at that area not so sensitive. Hence less pain will be felt. All of this benefit comes from a long time of practice.

once you start training like this you cannot ever stop because the arthritis will get you bad. If you keep stressing to the joints every day, then it is a form of invigorating technic to continue to bring blood flow to the already injured joints. If you stop wacking them, you do not get the movement in there necessary to keep the pain away. Know this is a lifetime commitment otherwise you will suffer greatly in your old age.

Bare knucle callus actually makes the bone more brittle (losing flexibility, exchanging collagen for calcium), having pros and cons in this technique (generally health problems such as arthritis in aging), which is why you will never see it applied in real fights like the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), that is, it is another technique that is a little dysfunctional in real fights. A judo person would easily win a fight between the styles. And boxing has much more effective punches.

What exactly happens to the body? Does it increase the capacity of withstanding the pain or do the muscles and skin get harder to prevent damage?
@franckdruart81205 жыл бұрын
skin get tougher yes but the main thing that grow is like bones tissues. Maybe sometimes there is some additional connective tissues in between but i think it mainly depends where do you harden , and im not so sure on that one. About the muscles likes thighs I have no idea because i have only tried this on bones part.
@vyshus76295 жыл бұрын
@@franckdruart8120 what about stomach area?
@franckdruart81205 жыл бұрын
so what exactly happends to the bones is you cause sereral micro-fractures to it. and when it heals its structure gets lots of smaller connections where the micro fractures were so it's harder; but not only that if you do it repeatedly enough you can see the bones tissues are like growing
@vyshus76295 жыл бұрын
@@franckdruart8120 so same thing can happen to the rib cage right?
@franckdruart81205 жыл бұрын
@@vyshus7629 It will work on any bones tissues so yes it does apply on rib cage. For stomach area there is not much solution since you cant train your organs to take hits. But in sports like rugby or american football they put lot of muscle on them not only to get more strength but also because it allow them to absorb more powerfull shock so i guess training abdominal belt can help a little. Also I forgot to say that theoretically when you strengthen your bones with this kind of training your nerves are less sensitives so you feel less pain ( but after a long times and all bones respond differently), to no pain at all if it's not joint part of your bones. I advise you to really care and not begin to hit in hard things especially for joints. Like if you want to strengthen your fist begin to hit in soft material like sand or you can have pretty bad injuries for years
