Focus the energy of the punch to go straight through 5 boards and stop at the wall. Tricking the mind. When think 5 wooden boards it's heavier than 1. When one train to compete in a sport. They will never achieve total greatness from within. They use their skill to hurt people. The feelings of anger, rage and aggression towards another person is no good for a martial artist. For self-defense they will go far. When I was in Viet Nam vacation 2006. My uncle RIP a 3rd degree Karate Black Belt said to me: "he punched with a twist on impact to a few to the forehead. They fainted." With his trained big index and middle knuckle like Sensei Masaaki Ikemiyagi. I found out the place that my uncle strike to the forehead to make a person faint. It's not in the middle of the forehead. It's all hard Bone there. You will break your hand.🐺

Bullying your own body doesn't make you stronger. Bullying yourself and hardening yourself are two different things, yes. Many toxic parents who think that by bullying or mistreating their children they are making them "stronger" should learn that.

Great skills. But What would have been REALLY tragic would have been when he broke the makiwara, he lost balance and fell on the stake that was created!

Im pretty convinced these boards are made weak or are typically reaaally weak wood. When he touches the board @ 2:40, it just bends a little. With 15mm / 18 mm that small board would never bend with the most common wood in EU. And even if you are that strong, I doubt it breaks so cleanly as well, it would tear or splinter.

they are springing because they're wedged in place from above, making them cup towards him a little, so when he puts his weight on it the first board flexes a little

Real fights don't end with one punch :) why do they train to stop after 1 contact? This is the down side to sport fighting vs MMA / boxing

Thank you for this video! I see how Sensei perfectly uses his gamaku. I'm practicing karate (mostly Shotokan and Wado) since 1984, but now I'm more into Okinawan karate. I have a question, should I roll my tailbone at the end of a technique, or should I hold this position all the time? I'm feeling comfortable if I'm holding it in my kamae and other stances, but I often lose it when I move in a free kumite. Any help and advise would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Its a breath of fresh air to hear that everyone always talks about training in Thailand but I always say I would prefer to train in Okinawa. I train MMA but I started off in goju Ryu karate and I might start incorporating kyokushin training too just because I love it

Alcohol is LGBTIQ ABRAHAM background. First you must learn to appreciate the drink, Before like it. Since it WEAKEN CHARACTER. SPECIALLY WHEN DRINK a few glasses to much, start to act like a idiot. When want to reach a unique top Level, person becomes extremely ETHICAL. Start to ATTAIN OCCULT POWER power while practicing martial ARTS. During practice apply yogic breathing. Posture becomes relax NOMATTER how dangerous situation is. OCCULTISM takes over the fight. Instead of physical attack and defend start to do mudras (Hatha yoga with fingers). In the mind fight the ENEMY, with yoga mudra do real attaxk. Japanese occult Martial ARTS movies show it in cartoon character.
