You need the official Insta360 android transfer cable, not a regular USB C.

Hello, Everyone I had a very similar problem to some people. I have an iphone 8 and recently purchased one of these cameras. It is an amazing camera and I was very excited to purchase it. I was very frustrated however as it wouldn't find my camera. I however deleted the app and reenabled all the permissions on my phone and it connected !

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience! Please try to go to your phone system Wi-Fi page to connect the camera's wifi and then return to the Insta360 app to see if they can connect. May we ask if you cannot find the wifi on your phone system settings page or if you can find the wifi but you cannot connect it? I just bought the camera and it puts out absolutely no signal. I have followed all the instructions but my iphone 12 does not connect with the camera. It doesn't find it through bluetooth or wifi. No info online is helping. So disappointing, bought this for snowboarding tomorrow but can't use the camera cause I can't activate it.

We're truly sorry for your experience and apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that it has caused. If there is no Wi-Fi signal of ONE X2 on the system settings page of your phone, Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot. Step 1: Please make sure that the phone can search for other Wi-Fi signals to confirm that the WiFi function of the phone is normal. Step 2: Please use other devices or computers that support 5GHz Wi-Fi to test whether the camera's WiFi signal can be detected normally; If all devices cannot detect ONE X2's Wi-Fi signal, the camera may not be able to broadcast WiFi signals normally. In this case, please synchronize the country code of the your area to the camera and try again; if it still does not work, synchronize the country code of Indonesia to the camera and try again; if it still can’t be found, please reach our service team via email at [e-mail] with all detailed info to send it back for inspection and repair. --Android system: open the app-tap on the "Settings" tap on "Set the current region to camera"-select your region or Indonesia-tap "Set to the camera", restart the camera and check again. --iOS system: open the phone system settings, select your region or Indonesia under region--return to the app page, reselect the camera's signal-try to connect. My app screen doesnt look anything like that, it just has a few instructions on importing contents, there is no camera icon or any other ones at the bottom either. When i try finding my camera in bluetooth it asks for a password and suggests 0000 or 1234, neither will work, i must have tried to do this 50 times now! Please help, this thing was so expensive and is useless

Hi there, Once activated by the Insta360 App, you could shoot by the camera itself, then edit and share the clips through our PC/Mac software, Insta360Studio. The mobile phone is not always a necessary part of the journey with the ONE X2.

I didn't get past the 2nd step. The app opens up to the "chase adventure" splash screen and doesn't go any further. I click the screen and it flashes and remains on the screen. I'll try reinstalling it. Not a good first impression. I bought the One X2.

completely not relevant to the current app.. have tried with both Bluetooth 000 and 1234 on X2 and a new Xiaoxin SD870 and also tried with Wifi and it ask for a cide and I tried no code, didn't work and tried with my router wifi code, didnt work... but I will figure it out. but so far not a pleasant experience, and what an awful dishonest piece of crap of an app... the way you're trying to lubricate me with all this advertising and freebie crap.. is so tacky... but yeah cultural differences, this 'approach is likely very common in China. and your app dont even support landscape view in Android.?? what the hell... please change that for people on tablets.. not least now when Windows 100 also starting to support Android apps. Your app features edits etc solid, but the interface, front page.. looks like a mess.
