If you have remote play downloaded on your computer in restream or whatever software you're using you can capture your desktop with it full screen.

If your using Remote play do you listen to the audio and game chat through your computer and then have to plug in a USBC Mic into the PlayStation so people can hear you talk back ?

Yeah you listen through pc audio but you can use something like discord to communicate.
