I'd be interested: on the original XRS trans, w/the selector shaft removed, take a long extention, and see if you can carefully tap-out -what appears to be -a factory 'plug'.

make sure that bushing he showed at 0745 is not damaged. When it was in mine it dislodged and locked me out of certain gears.

Hello so i just recently swapped to the c 60 to go six speed instead of 5. Do i need to swap the speed sensor on the c60 for the original. Also do i need to swap out the shifting mechanism

If a c60 bolts up to a 1zz I’m sure a 2zz will bolt up to the awd system but you would need an ecu that can handle the automatic trans

I did the c60 swap and I can’t find reverse? I have 1st-6th gear but it won’t let me go to the left and up without going into first gear… any idea man?

​@@2zzlow I have a Celica GTS and I believe the synchros are going. The car wont go into reverse or first unless the car is shut off and it grinds going from 1st to 2nd. I found a XRS C60 for pretty cheap. Could I swap over the Celica Housing onto the XRS tranny so no drilling would need to be done?
