But he certainly made it more fun and took the time to teach us whereas my mom was busy getting her job done while helping us with homework. Every year for Christmas I get my dad a new kitchen gadget. Last year was the air fryer!! He loves it. I'm sad bc he has to eat totally gluten-free now so I figured, if I could make cooking easier or more fun then he will still enjoy cooking despite his more limited options. He lives far away now and I always miss him and his enthusiasm in the kitchen. Don't underestimate yourself...men are just important in the kitchen as women!! You’re very motivating! If a mama to be with a large family can do this so can we! Love watching you...especially when the little ones help. Congratulations on your blessing on the way!

Yes! I’m reminded too though that her husband stays home to help and work on the business together. So if you have having a hard time with 2 toddlers (like me) nothing is wrong with you. If I had help things would be different too but this is the lot God has given us, and that is the lot God has given Jamerill- so Glory to Him!

Your kids are going to love you for this. My mom didn’t do stuff like this. And she would make dinner maybe once a week. I would cook or my older brothers would but food.. Do you have a recipe for like one of those containers or half of what you make? I love with my dad and step mom now and we’re a family of 10 like you but I don’t want to make so much as you. Just a little just to try it out. I’m 20 and I’m now learning how to cook and these seem easy enough for me to understand how to make

Less amount of the same ingredients. It's great that you learn to cook and you're so young!
@mygirldarby3 жыл бұрын
@@criss5405 yes. 20 is not a very early start, but it is still good. I was cooking dinner by 14 or 15. It is a basic life skill and I was always amazed when adults told me they couldn't cook. How did they grow up living in a house where people presumably had meals every day and never learned to cook? I found out when I married my husband. His mom wouldn't let the kids in the kitchen so they never learned at all. He couldn't make anything, even very basic things. And he had a real interest in it, so it was sad that he wasn't taught. Years later, he is a great cook and has even developed his own recipes. He just needed to watch me cook and ask me questions and now he loves it. It took him several years to learn, to be honest, but yay for me because he now cooks dinner at least twice a week. :-)

She treats her kids like they aren't her's, for me it's like when you have tough and disciplined parents, but they treat other kids that aren't theirs so nice. Like she is such a good parent who takes precious time to raise her kids. Adopt me lol 😆

That's too cute! When my daughter was under a year old there use to be a show on TV called take home chef with Curtis stone when my daughter would here it come on she would go running into the bedroom climb on to my bed climb into the port a crib and grab her blanket and bottle and stand and stare at the show when she was about a year and 10 months she started telling me she loved him. Kids are so funny.

My grandson's program of choice was 'Married With Children". Every time the theme song would come on he would come from wherever in the house he was and plonk his little bottom right in front of the TV and not move until the show was off.

My daughter likes super-lite pancakes (my fault, I taught her that) so if I burn one, I just flip it over and cook it for a few seconds and pretend it's lite. I've never gotten caught so far in 15 years 😂
