I love both squid and octopus and can both of high quality at my local Asian Grocery Store. Frozen of course, but top notch. Yes, I am familiar with asustando el pulpo. When I make plantains for my Nicaraguan Empanadas we have to asustar them as well. All those steamy hot potatoes getting cut up looked delicious. When you sprinkled the pimenton on top....oh my goodness, how tasty! Deliciousness on a platter, thanks for sharing!

Hola Ki Young Kim, a los 15 minutos de coción le pones las patatas y después se cocería todo durante unos 20 o 25 minutos, dependiendo del tamaño del pulpo y las patatas. A media coción pincha el pulpo y las patatas para ver cómo van y si necesitan más tiempo de coción o no. Espero que te guste!

I usually buy it from the Chinese supermarket and occasionally (when they have it ☺️) from the fishmongers. Do remember that it has to be frozen otherwise it will be too tough to eat. 🐙🐙

@vanialira7422 todo va al gusto del consumidor. Si no quieres tantas patatas pues le pones menos. Yo le pongo más patatas y ya sirve de cena. 😌 El pulpo es pequeño. Es lo que hay.

smoked paprika* not regular one, if u dont add smoked paprika it isnt galician style
