Usually buy a bone in Turkey breast and have cooked them in my instant pot Duo crisp. They always come out and chest and it frees up my oven for other things.

Hi great video👍 what size whole turkey would fit in that 8qt pot?
@PressureCookingToday Жыл бұрын
About 8 lbs - some people have even taken their pot to the grocery store to see if it will fit. My husband has trimmed off pieces to get it to fit too.

If you're already straining it, why would you pull the veg out? Also I feel it would do better with celery, carrots and fennel included
@PressureCookingToday2 жыл бұрын
The strainer is rather small, so I didn't want it to spill all during the demo, but you could certainly stip that step if your strainer is big enough.

I'll stay with a traditional roasted turkey breast. Thanks.

You can't go wrong with traditional roasted turkey breast, but this is a great alternative for those without an oven or who like me, like to make both for a large crowd.
