Tried this and they came out amazing! Trying it again today with 3 racks for my in-laws. It's the first time I've ever hosted and cooked for them, so wish me luck!! Hopefully keeping the cooked ones in the oven at 225 will keep them warm, any suggestions on that? Thank you for this awesome video!!

Great video! It's hard to believe that these are better than ones done on the big green egg. Those are superb! There is something about smoke - hickory or other - that turns whatever you are cooking into heavenly flavor!

After watching your videos using the Instant Pot Duo Crisp and the Ninja Grill I decided to try a combo cook to get the best of both devices. I grilled my baby back ribs first for 15 minutes. I then transferred my ribs to the Instant Pot Duo Crisp for an eight minute pressure cook. I then placed the ribs under the broiler for the final cook with my favorite bbq sauce. What I found was this simulated the Green Egg process I use routinely without the lengthy 3-4 hour cook time. I prefer falloff the bone type ribs, so this was the perfect combo. John thanks again for all your great videos. It has motivated me to buy these devices and begin experimenting with many options.

Hey Jelly, I wouldn't mind if you were to put some affiliate links in your description, some of the products you use are pretty cool and I may purchase them at some point. I figure why not let you get a small piece of that for the hard work you do, I am sure others feel the same way and why wouldn't they...I mean it doesn't cost them any more and it helps support your channel. I used to go to Red, Hot and Blue for ribs with my mom, spending more each time than I now spend on groceries in a week. Yesterday at Sam’s a rack of raw ribs was $2.20 lbs., less than what I pay for frozen chicken strips. These are definitely on my to do list for the next week. Would you seer the outside and then cook them with baked beans?

In my honest opinion and for the uses I have found for this grill...I personally recommend the pro...or the one with the probe...once you consider the extras you get... including the extra warranty...and...assuming that they still offer what I got...it is definitely worth the money...I really like the fact that the probe controls the grill even though I have many other probes...hope this helps and thank you for watching!!!

Agree on the bite through fall off the bone is overdone but your bite had a little tug and didn't look like they were done enough just a little longer would have been better the main thing to look for is when they shrink the bones should be sticking out I'm 58 cooked on grills and smokers since I was 16 my family loves to grill and smoke and there is a difference some people call a grill a BBQ I'm limited to do what I use to do so far from the videos I've seen looks promising no way they will be as good as on a smoker but so far may have to get one.

Put your sauce on last and use a thin sauce it's the sugar that will burn you can use any sauce I like sweet baby rays but at the high temps you need a thin sauce can't find one add water to the one you like, and I would put a rub on 1 hour or 2 no more and remove the silver skin you won't be cooking them long enough to break it down I hope this helped out.
