White jollof is popularly known in Gambia. Is fully packed with seasonings and it taste so good. Traditionally there are spices used but hey using what you have also works.

1 medium onion
4 stalk spring onion
1 small cabbage
Scotch bonnet
3 small chilli
2 medium carrot
2 cups of rice
Water needed
Seasoning if needed
Salt if needed

To season meat
2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp all purpose spice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ginger powder
Tbsp Seasoning of choice or tt
Salt tt
