Its way easier then you think, just do a sw 5 and push your hips up and forward, make sure you grab safety it makes it more corked

so to sum it up. Flip to the point your waist above your head, chest facing down, do a 3, and try to incorporate grabs

I dont get the difference between cork 7 and full.. im from splashdiving and packur but this is very weird. I dont see a 720 there

Its very similar to a back full, is skiing and snowboarding we call it a 720 because we count the flip as a 360 as well
