Sir, I hope you see this. I’ve had this issue for last 10 years or so. From deployment while in the Marines, to school, to now working in a hospital, I’ve always thought I was crazy and that it was just in my head. But I would see pictures of myself always crooked and when working out, I’m always canted towards one side. These exercises have literally changed my life and I can’t thank you enough. I feel like how I’ve always wanted to feel 🙏

I woke up this morning so sore and I work out all the time. I can already tell that it’s trying to realign my body. So I already did it twice I will keep you posted on my success because I have been trying to correct this problem for years and I have seen many chiropractors and nobody has ever been able to fix it for me

Sleeping too much on one side can cause scoliosis. Always rotate or sleep on your back.

I told the last chiropractor I saw that the entire left side of my body was bigger than my right. He said oh sure everybody thinks that until I adjust them. Then he put my X-ray up and said, OH MY GOD! 😂 I told him.

We all have a dominant and non Dom side, my left pecks and abs plus shoulder are legit noticeably smaller than my right. It's compensated over my life but my left is so weak from it it's taken a year to get that side to actually keep up or even out in strength. Were you by chance born to an older parent, supposed to have a twin, or anything like that? I absorbed a twin in the womb and got an extra root on each tooth, a birth mark that was a third nipple starting in the womb, and some scoliosis. Idk how much it's related but it can't be totally unrelated as it effects our development. Just curious if maybe the extreme misalignment or growth defect could come from developmental issues as a fetus more often than we realize

WOW, I hit the Jackpot with this video. I have a 1.15" shorter right leg for over 55 years. I'm 72 now, but fractured my right femur in 1966 playing HS Football. The leg Length Discrepancy that resulted {Drs knew nothing of Bone Growth Plates back then & I just discovered that the ACL was torn as well which healed w/o surgery) was left Unaddressed by the Ortho Dr at the time. After 15 years or so, the Lower Back Began to feel stiff. The first Chiro I saw that time (circa 1986) said the moment he saw me walk into the office, "man, you Got problems.... And You will much more down the road". Boy was He RIGHT!. Many Spinal Maladies including Dextroscoliosis of 25 Degrees , steonosis at variopus levels in the spine up to the C1 vertrebrae, Disc Bulges, OA in the Vertebrae and facet Joints. I waited far too long to really address the issues and wear corrective lifts on my right shoes, getting PT help, seeing Chiros, etc. Moral to the story is: Pay Attention to Your Body , Drink more water [I never did], Take Care of Yourself. Or you just have uneven hips because you had undiagnosed scoliosis, at least that was the case for me. Since I can't see my back I didn't know there was a curve there and the only thing that I could see that gave me a hint as to something going on is that my hips were uneven. We caught it at around 37° and it is now over 57° and twisting (Canadian Healthcare may be free but it's slow as hell) but I am supposed to get surgery later this year

These might make you feel better but they will not fix your pelvic rotation. There's no strength work here, just static postures and some hip mobility

Mine is pretty pronounced. My surgeon didn’t really give a crap. Pt’s all have different opinions about the remedy so am not very encouraged. I’m a self starter so if I could just learn what I should be doing I’d certainly do it!
