IMO this is one of your best videos for tying all of your other instruction together. And FINALLY an instructor at least mentioned the use/importance of a trigger move. More videos on triggers plz!

This is gold, coming from a mini tour player. I watch 3 coaches religiously when they put out content, and it's completely transformed my swing. Shoutout Dana Dahlquist, Josh Koch, Milo Lines. Good info is out there, you just need to know where to find it. Thanks Milo!

This is awesome Milo! Pressure precedes motion, and happens much sooner than golfers might tend to think. Great discussion of the basic concept and a nice step drill with flow!

Finally, I've been waiting for the day you and Dr.Kwon's swing philosophies cleanly overlap. Great vid. Add a little right foot rotation from the hip socket to fire off the downswing?

This is probably one of the most important lessons I have ever seen on using your legs. Thank you for telling us when push off the trail leg. I usually am fully loaded right side and and bump the hip.

Great video! I know that letting the head move forward on the downswing is a no no. Would letting the head drift away from the target on the downswing help to get the hips rotating easier?
@wmk39532 жыл бұрын
This is great, thanks! I find it interesting that you keep your right (trail side) toe off the ground slightly through a good portion of the swing.. When I am swinging poorly its usually pushing off my trail foot from the ball to the toe causing all sorts of issues. My quick fix is to keep the trail heal down and it straightens things out. Fun to see early on your trail toe is slightly in the air. Great vids!

So good! I wish you would have brought attention to how the upper body works in concert with the pivots in such a way that the weight of the arms working with the rotation of the torso causes momentum to carry the golfer into the re-centered position. Maybe another video

I think the force on the trial leg reduces as you complete the backswing because the club has. mass and as the mass changes direction from going away from the target to going toward the target this mass shift unloads the right leg force required to stabilize the pivot.
@MiloLinesGolf2 жыл бұрын
That would be a big piece of it.
@ddrbin2 жыл бұрын
Really appreciate how clearly you describe and demonstrate this, but I’m watching your head move a couple of inches forward, then back, then back to center, then down significantly, then back, and finally up. As a tall person, I’m worried that movement will be magnified in my own swing, making consistency a problem. Maybe you’re exaggerating the movement for the purpose of demonstration? Thanks for all you do to help us!
@MiloLinesGolf2 жыл бұрын
A little head movement is a good thing it means you are being dynamic

By pushing off with your right foot , you seem to be contradicting the left foot”stomp “ that you highlighted in your recent video on John Daly .
@MiloLinesGolf2 жыл бұрын
No they actually go hand-in-hand you can’t stomp with the left foot unless you’re putting pressure into the ground with your right one.

@@MiloLinesGolf Yeah it's not so much myself but people in general are lazy and have short attention spans. You've only got a brief moment to grab their attention and keep it. Don't give them an avenue to leave especially in the first 30 seconds. Just my 2 cents though.
