Wow what a great idea!!! I really like the one with the lace on it. I've been looking for pots for so long but they're all way to modern and unnecessarily pricey. When did a flower pot become $30 anyway? This just solved my problems!

Fantastic video. May I ask whether I can use a fabric for a plastic pot and what glue should I use on that purpose. Many thanks in advance, great work, best and stay safe
@shereemccrum4 жыл бұрын
You can use plastic pots but be sure and rough up the surface of the plastic with course sandpaper. Then the fabric should stick. Any craft or wood glue will do. Once you glue on top of the fabric it will harden forming a cast that will stay in place. Hope that helps.

What can I use in place of Concrebond? I haven’t been able to find.

Ask your hardware store for something to water proof a Terra Cotta pot, is all I can suggest.

I’m using plastic pots.

Then you don't need the Concrebond, that's for water proofing the Terra Cotta.

Thank you. It's really very nice. But one question comes to mind - there is a big hole in the bottom for water drainage. Do you do anything abt that?
@shereemccrum7 жыл бұрын
super0chick I cut a small square of fly screen wire to cover the drainage holes to prevent the dirt from spilling out. Hope that helps.

@shereemccrum6 жыл бұрын
Sealant and varnish are two different products. Use the sealant first to stop the colours from running when wet. Then varnish to protect against the weather and help it last longer. Hope that helped and thanks for watching.

marsha knowles All of mine are outside. If you seal it well enough it will be fine. After time they will fade if left in the sun. I keep my good ones undercover. But many of mine are in the yard out in open.
