I’ve been making sugar wax successfully for a year now. I switched to using white vinegar and I get similar results. Super easy to make but the last one I made, I did the marble test and got a suitable soft consistency when it cooled but when I poured everything out into another container, it crystallized. It looks like frozen cake icing. I heated it again with more water but same thing. I’m still confused
