My holistic heath provider said black people are sun people and should never block the sun by using sunscreen. I also learned that sunscreen has so many chemicals that the skins needs to do without. My skin loves the sun and light coconut oil never burns the skin.

I’ve been using Estée Lauder’s perfectly clean for years since my mother and grandmother both swear by it. It keeps my face nice and clean but that’s it. @@ShuShu4You hey sis. shea butter is most definitely not a sunscreen. you need one with active ingredients / spf. some good ones that don't leave a white cast are - bondi sands supergoop spf black girl sunscreen la Roche posay anthelios sunscreen spf 50 + you can check out reviews of them to see the lack of cast they leave x

Yes I do. Azeliac acid is safe in pregnancy and breastfeeding. It can also be drying so use a good moisturizer
