So, I see a lot of videos inspired by Genshin Impact here. And I absolutely love your channel. However, one thing I would really like to see as it's something I've been trying to learn for a long time is how to create more advanced Auto Materials and such. One game that I am blown away by is Wuthering Waves. I spend hours just looking at their environments and see how beautiful and complex it is. I would love to see a video that kind of explains some of the techniques used. Some of the things I've noticed are Pixel Depth offset, RVT, and Parallax Occlusion Mapping. However, I'd love to learn AAA techniques to break up tiling without using the Macro Variation thing everyone uses. Sorry for the long message btw.

Bro make other videos like you used to, explaining how things worked in videogames, these videos are great and all, but some of us miss how u used to explore the workings of a game. We want something other than just how to create Anime style Character, and Anime style Environment.

you dont speak for us just because you dont want this means other people dont want this... this video is good

Personally i really like this, you learn a lot from these types of videos. I didn't like his 'remaking this anime effect' series but this feels more like his old educational stuff.

@@UnrealPuniiex It's fine man, i respect your opinion, but i believe there are viewers who would like to see something else on this channel, and moreover I never said these videos were bad and that he should not continue making them.

@@scriptyshake You're right, you do learn a lot from these types of videos.

In UE5 with nanite, using grass cards with opacity will have a huge performance cost due to nanite not handling overdraw very well at all. You actually want just pure geometry.

Cool showcase! Could you do an environment tutorial that optimizes for lower end hardware?

I've been subscribed to the E-mail newsletter for years now, and only recently delved into the youtube channel you have here. I should cancel the email subscription because these videos are so much better at showing the different workflows and processes.

"Studio Ghibli" is just an artstyle. Its not Anime. Anime is Anime! Saying "Studio Ghibli is anime" is like going to high school in your 60s with a skateboard on your back and going "How do you do, fellow kids?", who look at you like a sentient telephone booth that's not removed.
