Thank you the education, and for all the videos you do. You really open up the mind to everything that is considered and this first video is brilliant! I have been watching you for a while, but this is my first comment. I had a lot of work done in my 30's. I had AlloDerm placed in my laugh lines to fill them, but it shifted (my Dr. had warned me this was a possibility, but I was fine with that) so when it did shift. My plan B was to remove it and have my laugh lines actually cut out and stitched together to avoid the deep laugh lines. Which it has, the only issue is that small line is tough to fill because its scar, but still better than marionette lines. I also had 2 layers at two different time of AlloDerm in my lips, and my own skin for a third layer in my lips when I had the lower facelift done. The lips have lasted 22 years, no complaints. I'm an RN, so I do dabble a bit at home with some treatments. Your insight is so valuable. Please continue what you do, and thank you for your time. ~Carrie

@@alisaa3999 look up fillers snd blindness. As well it is a gel. Gels will always leave a line of demarcation when not injected deep. If you do inject it derp in the temple you will need many vials. I have had cheek filler - and I think my eyes are more inset - and the last time I had them filled they PUT it in near my nose- lol and yeah it did make me look a little fatter - and it didn't lift my cheeks a lot ( but I am getting threads for lift ) SO where should a filler be PUT for cheeks if your eyes are more in set? One needs to assess all the angles in 3 D to truly tell. Have your provider assess

Should you sleep on your back after fillers to your cheeks and temples?

Amanda Kay Squires the depth I place them and products I use there is no need. Your provider is best to tell you as they know the details of what and how you had it. Thanks for watching,

Thanks for sharing. Keep us posted. Are you wanting lateral or volume in the front?

@@rajanimdskincare Lateral. I wanted it done for shape. She did 1 syringe for both sides. I have a nice defined cheekbones & they look natural. I'm very pleased 😊

What do you suggest for smile lines? You look awesome
@rajanimdskincare4 жыл бұрын
Thank you. Depends on the face. If the upper face looks great and smile lines are truly needed then HA filler/ bellafill/ sculptra/ threads.

@11:53 Dr Rajani, you mentioned about not liking HA fillers for temple filling. Could you explain why? I thought Juvederm Voluma and Restylane Defyne would be pretty good. Thanks.

Wish I could get some fillers again in my laugh lines. But my last two times, it migrated in my right side from the laugh lines to the cheek. I still have the bump after two years. The same day it migrated and the laugh line on this side did not have filler anymore. The left side was perfect. I am so afraid to do it again. I had fillers with two different doctors (both think was Voluma) and the same happened in both occasions. Then I went back to the second doctor to tell him that I did not have filler on the laugh line. The doctor was too busy so a nurse practitioner injected me for a third time. But it migrated again. The nurse injected me a lot of filler. After two years that area is sagging more than the other. Wish I can correct that, but I am afraid to get fillers again.
