It’s been quite a while since I uploaded my last video, and my recent work engagements over some exciting projects halted me from doing so...

Hi Avlon! Glad you liked it! skip the sanding just dampen the area with a wet cloth then you can proceed with the application. Its actually almost the same procedure...😊

The product I used here is a concrete plastering cement called WallArt Industria by Davies paints. I don't know if it's available in the US though. A subscriber once told me that he experimented mixing cement with white latex paint and works the same... 😊

Hi Jerica! Glad you like it! I wouldn’t recommended this for flooring as it will not withstand live loads, also with the ceramic tiles as base it will easily chip off… A better option for a cement fonish look flooring would be polished concrete… God bless and stay safe… 🤍😊

Love how it turned out. Since you used it on prepainted walls and roughened them a bit, i guess this will work right away on fibercement boards like Hardiflex. Btw, the top coat, looks like its for waterproofing too. How is the smell of this? And its curing time? Thank you for sharing.

Thanks Dennis! Yes its compatible with fiber cement boards even on plywood.. It does have a little waterproofing effect but its more of surface protection.. The smell is a bit nauseous but bearable.. Curing time is around 4-8hrs... :)

Hello! Love the work. Pwede po makahingi advice since I plan to do this as well to do a room makeover. I plan to paint ng ganyan po sa wall ng buong room ko. Currently yellow po color ng paint sa house, dapat po ba tanggalin ko muna lahat ng paint then palitadahan ng masilya na kulay puti before proceeding with this?

Thank you Jericho! No need na, all you need to do is tuklapin yong mga lumulobo or mga nagchichip na, then lihain mo yong magaspang or lower grit na sand paper para mas kumapit yong product then pwede mo na sundan ginawa ko dito... 😊

Thanks Johanna! Yes skimcoat is a good alternative... Matte or you can use the wallart topcoat though its in gloss but it won't appear shiny when it dries... :)

Hi POTX 2066! Davies didn’t put a name to the components and just named them as WallArt industria part A(liquid) and part B(powder)… Thanks for noticing! I’m actually working on that, hopefully in the coming months I’d be able to have English subtitles on all my videos… Just got overwhelmed with work as I do everything up to editing aside from my regular job… please bear with me though as I work on improving every aspects of it… thanks btw! 😊

I only do sanding using an 80grit sand paper before application. No the wall was already sealed and primed before this application... 😊

Hi Angelica! Yes most of SB branches specially yong reserve nila yan ginagamit... Pag walang paint mas better di mo na kelangan pa magliha... Kung properly treated na wall mo no need na for a primer...😊

Thanks Farhad! there is a different product if you prefer white. Industria is only available in gray or cement finish, though you can try using a white skim coat mixed with white paint if you prefer the same texture in white...😊

I got a cement painted wall , the job was done approximately 6 months ago , unfortunately I am not happy with end product so I decided to do the job myself . My question is the wall was waxed/ sealed. Can I just sand the wall , then reapply the concrete paint If this is possible on the assumption that the wall had 2 coats applied , could I get away with applying 1 coat of concrete paint then apply the wax . Regards

Hi Tony! Yes you can sand the wall to remove the wax/topcoat then reapply, 1 coat would be enough then wax/topcoat… Make sure though not to over sand otherwise you would need to do 2 coats again… :)

Hi Melissa! Hindi ko pa sya natry for floor pero di ko din sya marecommend kasi for sure hindi sya tatagal at hindi sya designed for flooring... I would recommend na mag bare concrete or polished concrete pra mas durable...😊

The looks are lovely, really modern and industrial. But I just keep wondering, can a topcoat can be REALLY CLEAR, as all of the clear coating products tend to make the surface a bit darker at the end😢

The topcoat I used here is really design for this product and it actually enhances the texture without altering the color. I agree some tend to darken and some has this super shiny finish that I really don't like but this one retained the rawness of the cement finish...😊

Thanks jiles! Its hard to asses kung di ko actual na nakita but If hindi nman pa nagchichip off yong skimcoat pwede nman sya ipatong, siguro lihain mang muna bago applyan san sa procedure dito or other option it skim coat din but this time in gray pra maging ganibo effect nya... :)

Thank you, KHewitt! I believe I was saying the product(WallArt Industria) has 2 components the powder and the binder since I got it as a set then you have to mix it depending on your desired consistency as I often prefer a more flowy consistency for easy application… 😊
