Your method works very well when I show the progress completed and remaining of tasks in days. Then I calculated both of them as percentages and I want to show the completed and remaining of tasks as percentages, instead of days. It is not showing properly in the Excel Gantt chart. Wonder why it does not work for percentages of tasks as completed and remaining,

Nice, but your bars are not matching with dates. Just add remaining days instead percentage, the bars will match with dates exactly.

Your target 1 is completing on 15 Nov 20 and the graph is going past Dec 20. How do you factor in the end date?
