Could you do a realistic morning routine as a mom? I have three small kids and it always seems like these idealistic morning routines are only for people without kiddos. I know you have an adorable little boy and I'd love to see how your morning routine goes as a mom. Thank you!

Do you only drink water before your gym workouts, and save breakfast for afterwards? Or do you eat a small snack beforehand? Thanks!

Do you have any tips for finding motivation to work out when you're extremely tired? I work 6 days a week and work 5 a.m to 1:30 p.m at an extremely active job, and I'm usually exhausted by the time I get off but I miss how amazing I felt when I worked out. I want to feel like I'm being active for me, not because my job requires me to move quick, but I've been pretty physically and emotionally drained :(

I have some ideas :) Pick 1-3 days a week to workout. Start small and do something easy and low stress. A quick 5-15 minute circuit once you get home and build up to longer workout periods. It’s okay to take time and start slow and let your body adjust to a new routine. Once you feel like you want to add a bit more do it!

You should do an Apple Watch vid Brittany, as in a what you have on yours, how you use it, what apps you recommend, do you use it for fitness if so how and what apps etc

Hey girl! 🥰 I need some help. I’m desperate to start working out and truly taking care of my body. I’ve been drinking water a lot more and trying to eat better but I’m lacking the energy to work out. I work 4 days a week 10-12 hours a day. I don’t have a set schedule and my boss won’t work with me (to make it a set schedule) so I’m struggling to get in a routine. Plus, on my days off, I try to get all caught up on housework but I’m so exhausted from the day before that I can barely get out of bed.. any advice? Tips? Thanks!! 💕
