If there isn't any trapbar in my gym can i replace it with Dumbell RDL ?

A squat variation would be ideal. Trapbar deadlifts are a hybrid of hinge and squat pattern. You could do back squats, goblet squats with a dumbell, front squats, zercher squats.

You alright dude. On the schedule you’ve said team training on Thursday but also top speed training. just a little confused with that one.

ideally it would be great to get some longer sprints in with your team after a dynamic warmup. Have a chat with your coach 2-4 sprints. You can race against a teammate, good competitive fun and you'll get faster.

Bro there is sum guy called football entangled he says that gym is not for footballers and it destroys your athleticism. He also claims cone drils are useless and claims to train your fascia Please give your opinion bro I'm need a professionals take on this
