A squat variation would be ideal. Trapbar deadlifts are a hybrid of hinge and squat pattern. You could do back squats, goblet squats with a dumbell, front squats, zercher squats.

ideally it would be great to get some longer sprints in with your team after a dynamic warmup. Have a chat with your coach 2-4 sprints. You can race against a teammate, good competitive fun and you'll get faster.
