For the inside of the ear on a hood, I used some re-purposed fluffy white material from baby clothes. I cut it to size and stitched it into the ear.

When my grandmother taught me how to crochet it was with string. I had to weave it through my fingers on the left hand and crochet with my right hand. It was not very ergonomic and cramped my hand! So I never continued doing it. I noticed you didn't hold your yarn in that same way. It looks much easier the way you do it. I always found knitting to be much easier. 😍

I did the sc knots for a granny square blanket I just finished...worked like a charm! It also made my weaving in the ends go faster! Thanks for the tip!

My grandma taught me how to crochet when I was a child. We never had much yarn to crochet, so we’d never keep items we made but unravel them and make something new. I always loved it. My Aunt taught me how to macramé when I was older. I love handiwork 😊.

I used to crochet while walking and jogging around the my dance studio by wearing an apron with a large divided pocket. One side would hold the yarn and the other side would hold, if necessary, the body of the project.
