You have been putting out such beautiful tutorials. Now, I am so confused. I'm just finishing up the border on the current afghan I'm making. I had my yarn all set to go for the cable pattern you showed recently but now I think I may want to try this. My mind is like a tangled ball of yarn right now....Love ya, Mary in MI

Love this. Puts me in mind of clumps of lily pads. It would look even more so done in a green ombre. Then you could add individually crocheted pink lily blossoms here and there on top of it.

I love the Bavarian stitch blankets. I can never remember how to start them. We have a few differences in our techniques because I'm always working on small things. First, those numb fingers are telling you to see a neurologist for the dreaded carpal tunnel we crocheters enjoy. You might also try keeping your wrists straight and working on that for a while before needed actual surgery. Second, make yourself an I cord and check out how nicely those will crochet. You get two loops on the top and bottom, so no need to double and still have them get wonky. That will lead to you also learning to crochet each of the four loops in the future to have an overlay on things. That's fun to just try different things with. Last thing I've learned, when I need to slip stitch over a few stitches, I do it from the back to avoid the bulk in the front. Nice video. Thanks.

I’m glad that you didn’t say this was beginner friendly or or I might’ve tried this too soon! I have made several of your beginner projects and love them and would’ve found this too difficult a year ago, but I felt brave to tackle it and it was with trepidation, I went for it and it took me five rows before I said“ oh I get it now!” But thank you for your calm instruction! I still make mistakes and have occasionally three stitches where I wanted to find four but I am so happy with how it is turning out! And very proud of myself! I think you are absolutely wonderful! I love your tutorials!!

Dont forget to hit the "thanks" button to donate directly to her I'd you use her tutorials for something you love! I used color changing -red white and blue yarn (Red Heart Stripes) for a patriotic blanket. Turned out great. I'd love to see some more L/XL summer tops, especially using fancy granny squares (like willow, Paris, Boho Rose). Love your channel, keep up the great work!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, for this pattern! I just bought Premire’s yellow tone gradients/ombre yarn to make my granddaughter a blanket to take to college with her, and this will be the perfect pattern not only to show off the yarn but also to make for a twin bed! I’ve always loved the Bavarian stitch, but I like it more in the rectangle pattern! And I absolutely love the double strand at the beginning, it gives it more stability!😊🥰
